The restaurant

The gastronomic heart of our hotel is the ‘Ter Poele’ brasserie; renowned for its extensive breakfast buffet, healthy yet effective lunch, and dinner in true Bruges style.

The chef only uses the best seasonal, fresh daily products, which include local specialties from the lush Brugge earth and freshly prepared seafood dishes.
