Best Rate Guarantee means that whenever you encounter a lower rate with the same conditions, and within 2 hours from the moment of your reservation you inform us of this fact via the Best Rate Claim Form, you receive the lower rate, and an additional reduction of 25%!

How does this work?

Step 1

You found a lower rate, which is offered under the same conditions for a similar hotel, room-type, date and duration of stay within 2 hours after making you reservation via www.apollohotelsresorts.com.

Step 2

You fill in the Best Rate Claim Form (see right column) and you press the ‘Send’ button.

Step 3

A staff member from Apollo Hotels & Resorts will handle your claim. The claim is immediately checked to see whether it complies with the Terms & Conditions.

Step 4

Within 48 hours you are contacted about the status of your claim. If your claim is honoured, your current reservation is adjusted immediately or you are asked whether you would still like to keep your reservation, but under better conditions (plus the 25% reduction!).
